- Ask for some personal details from you
- Ask about the problem that you are experiencing
- Provide you with an agreement to sign
- Ask you for an initial payment of $75 (plus GST) which cover the first 30 minutes of support.
- Let you know what the next steps are
How fast can I get support?
We endeavour to be in touch with you within the hour, but this depends on our current workload and availability of bookkeepers.
What is the cost of Xero Support
We charge an hourly rate of $150 per hour (plus GST) for Xero support.
When you complete the Support Request form (below) you will be charged an initial 30 minute charge.
An invoice will be emailed to you straight away.
What types of support are available?
We provide support for all Xero modules, including:
- Payroll
- Bank accounts
- Projects
- Accounts Payable (Bills)
- Accounts Receivable (Sales)
If we can't help you out we will provide you with a full refund.
What if you can't fix my problem?
WE haven't come across a problem that we can't fix, however, if we cannot fix your problem, we will provide you with a full refund. No questions asked.
