How do I log into the RoamFit app?

Simply download the app and log in using the exact same method you used to sign up on our website. If you chose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple," use those buttons. If you created a password, use your email and password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

If you signed up using an email and password, you can click the "Forgot Password" link on the app's login screen. (Note: If you signed up using Google or Apple, you will need to manage your password through those respective services).

How do I update my credit card or change my billing details?

We use a secure, self-serve billing portal powered by Stripe. You can access your billing portal anytime by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link found at the bottom of your welcome email or any of your monthly receipt emails.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time through your secure billing portal (linked in your receipt emails). If you cancel, you will still have full access to all RoamFit Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle!

Why don't I see a "Manage Subscription" button inside the iPhone/Android app?

To keep our prices as low as possible for our users, we handle all billing securely through our website rather than the App Store. This allows us to pass those savings directly to you!

My trainer gave me a promo code. How do I use it?

 Lucky you! Simply enter your trainer's specific code in the "Got a referral code?" box during the checkout process. Once applied, your screen will update to show your new discounted price.

Does my trainer discount apply to future years, or just the first one?

It depends on the code! Our standard "Intro" codes generally give you a flat discount off your first year. However, if you are using a VIP code directly from your personal trainer, that VIP pricing is locked in for the lifetime of your active subscription!

Do I need Wi-Fi or cell service to use the app?

You will need an internet connection to initially log in and load your custom holiday circuits. We recommend opening your planned workout while you are still on your hotel Wi-Fi before heading down to the gym or the beach!
