In April we let everyone know that Xero was discontinuing WorkFlowMax (Xero's job management tool) from June 26, 2024. Xero has sold the App to a company called BlueRock who are redeveloping the App and relaunching it in April 2024 as WorkFlowMax By BlueRock.
We have been monitoring progress on the new product and, so far, it appears to be the best option to replace the Xero version. They are rebuilding the App on a new, more functional, platform and appear to be listening to users as they develop the product. See here to monitor (and make suggestions for) system enhancements.
