ASIC Fees to increase from July 1. 2023

As of 1 July 2023, some ASIC fees may change based on an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

A list of updated fees is now available from the ASIC website, however, the main item for clients to note is that the cost of your annual company review will increase from $290 to $310.

As, has always been the case, any late payments will incur significant late fees.  Your ASIC Annual Review Fees are one bill you do not want to be late paying, as the fees are hefty.

• Late payment fees (for payments up to one month late) will increase from $87 to $93
• Late payment fees (for payments more than one month late) will increase from $362 to $387
  • These late fees are on top of the $310 Annual Review Fee
